I'd bet that it's not the post or couriers that are actually losing all these packages -- Boots probably handles returns in as disorganized a manner as it seems to do everything else, and is probably getting the packages just fine, but not properly handling the part where the sender is credited with having returned it! I seriously wouldn't return anything to boots other than taking it in to a store. I know some people probably don't have an alternative, though. I'd also think carefully before doing an online order if the items could be easily gotten at your local store, as they seem to mess up orders and packing so often. Boots should really be ashamed of its service.
I couldn't get what I wanted instore - typical
I couldn't return to the store as all the items would have swamped my local store
And last but not least I could not wait in ALL DAY for the courier as they won't give you a time  I would even accept am or pm.
I have all four receipt's with the return label stuck to the top of each one.
So I have NO money and NO goods
Thanks for all the replies :T0 -

Don't know if this has already been posted but St Tropez is BOGOF. On .com it's just the Everyday range but in store it is Everyday, Rapide and Tan Maximiser. Airbrush is £17.61 and lotion is £12.72. DD just dragged me to Boots to get some as she is going to a party tomorrow and I won't let her have one of the OOTW sets till Christmas. Managed to spend £53 saved £48 and got 1666 points. HTH0

When I rang to order a replacement card I was asked if I wanted to join the healthclub, I said no as I didn't know what it was.
Anyone know how I can be added when I get my card?
