I've opened mine and am using it for work. Had lots of nice comments about it and no-one seems to believe I got it in Boots! Definately no vouchers inside though. Shame eh?!

I had vouchers in all of mine for 250 pts. They are in the bottom drawer, under the hairband. Bit of a pain getting them out and fastening them all up again though.

Sorry cross purposes. I was talking about No 7 OOTW, OP was talking about FCUK OOTW

Think olliesmom is refering to FCUK OOTW :o

Percentages are evil and confusing things, so thought I'd just point out that 50% off and then 10% off actually makes 55% off the original price (ridiculous, I know!). Sorry, I hope that doesn't seem rude - just thought I would say in case someone's doing a big shop and expects it to be cheaper than it actually is.

    e.g. original price £100
    50% off sale = £50
    10% of £50 is £5, so 50 - 5 = £45 with both discounts (55% off).

Good that you can combine the offers though. :)
Sorry :o just quoting Mr B, I can see now that he's used that ambiguous 'up to' th_hero_copy-1.jpg

    Thanks for making it clearer!

Hi, I was looking at some gift box sets today with a 1/3 off ... or something like that basically they were about £27 RRP and then down to about £19. There were quite a few different sets but it was in a large Boots store.
Mummy to a beautiful 4 month old princess! x

I'm well chuffed - just back from Glasgow Sauchiehall Street Boots and my maths from last night worked.

    10 x JK files
    4 x JK wipes

    total spent : £41.40
    Points gained : 5250
    7 blueys earned

They only had ten JK nailfiles on the shelf but SA did a stock check and said there were 20 in stock sohopefully enough for some other Glasgow ladies. I didn't want to hassle her to go and look for them so took the wipes instead. They went through the till at £3.43 each but shelf says £3.00 so they overrode the price (there were loads of these on the shelf in the JK Section). I did the above in separate transactions to earn the blueys.

I then used these points to buy 3 of the No.7 OOTW and also took 3 GWP (1 male, 2 female - didn't want to draw attention by chancing 4 GWP).

Next I used the blueys to get 7 John Frieda Hair Serums and 2 sharpeners (this was all the sharpeners they had on the shelf so I will use the other vouchers in another branch at another time)

This works out at under £14.00 per No.7 box (with loads of freebies thrown in!!!)

I was really pleased but unfortunately my 16 year old son wasn't too chuffed with me going back and forward and causing hassle (I didn't think I was - I had my plan of action and stuck to it) and hewas sworn never to go to Boots with me again!!!!!

Well done you! I had mixed results in my newbie attempts at Bootsing. After nearly all day back and forward online and onto customer services, I was granted the points I would have gotten if the online orders were going through. Got 3 OOTW and 3 gift with purchases which I was delighted with too.

But the illusive hunt for the JK products continues. I didn't make it into Sauchiehall Street which maybe was just as well anyway! But East Kilbride, Hamilton and Glasgow Fort had none whatsoever with one SA assistant saying they were cleared out by a lady first thing.

I then tried to buy two Ruby and Millie eye make up brushes thinking that at £7 total i would get the points as I thought they were on offer too? But what a palaver. A very unhelpful SA and then then team manager said it would only have been 500 points and that the purchases wouldn't count for points anyway as they were 'beauty accessories'. I tried in vain to expain that the points had been changed but they were getting very annoyed at me and pretty brusque. And I was extra, extra polite too. If the deal poster says beauty accessories aren't included I am very confused at what that means?

They also said no more blueys as they didn't have more and they wouldn't be getting any.

Anyway, very happy with the OOTW and the 3 free gifts, plus my points.
Still learning but hope I will get better at this like most of you!
