The hassle this caused.... you'd think I was asking for one of their kidneys! They basically said that as they were on 3 for 2 I had to bring all 3 back. I said that the other 2 were wrapped up & that I;d only buy them back again with something else so they were being incredibly awkward!
After numerous SA's & managers having a debate they finally agreed to an exchange but not before they'd all huffed a lot & given me a lecture.
So no... I wouldn't recommend it!!

God, everyone and their dog must be online as its taking me an age just to look inside my basket and when I tried to checkout 5 minutes ago it simply wouldn't load....now its not even loadingmy basket coming up with a 404 error, anyone else having this problem?

Angie, many thanks! Just phoned them to complain and got 750 points as a 'sorry' for not getting the free gift. It's better than nothing so i'm really pleased you advised me to phone up. Thanks a lot for that!

Exact same for me, been trying an hour and a half. Just called customer services who can't take my order because of system problems and say I have to call back.

omg my local boots was packed this morning!
annoying the sales assistant tried to tell me i couldn't get the gwp when buying the ootw - so i didn't have the front to try for more than one - she evenutally agreed to try scanning it and it went through fine - i was really annoyed by her
so got 3 ootws plus 800 points yay!
part of me now wants to go online and get more - omg i'm so addicted to boots!

:mad: hi this all wrong as i just came back from boots and i get 3 ootw and 4 free gift without any problem she is wrong and last time with n7 ootw i had 3 gift only as idid not knew i could have 5 so went back to n7 counter and i asked her and she give me 2 more of the n7 gift :T
