For anyone wondering about the GWP I was given 3 without even having to ask! I know more are probably possible but there was no way I was pushing my luck! Sold one of the sets to a friend for £17, then there's one for me and one for a gift.

i just phoned the store to see why i didnt get any GWP's and they said they had none left and that the offer was subject to availability :-(

The only other store is one in town centre and the traffic to the town centre is chocka block so i think i will just go without the GWP as tomorrow and up to Christmas it is going to be a nightmare trying to get to town centre even if i can find the time to go .

On the Boots website it says if you buy two items from benefit that you receive 500 points does anyone know if this is the same in store.

can you claim any of the mens GWP with the No.7 ootw ... or do you have to get all womens GWP?

I had this scenario yesterday.... I bought 3 x Santcuary bags on 3 for 2 with points. 1 turns out to be a duplicate so thought i;d take it back & get the points put back on my card or exchange for something else.
The hassle this caused.... you'd think I was asking for one of their kidneys! They basically said that as they were on 3 for 2 I had to bring all 3 back. I said that the other 2 were wrapped up & that I;d only buy them back again with something else so they were being incredibly awkward!
After numerous SA's & managers having a debate they finally agreed to an exchange but not before they'd all huffed a lot & given me a lecture.
So no... I wouldn't recommend it!!

I bought two benefit items in store (swindon) yesterday and got 500 points. One of the items was a clearance gift set.

I was in Cardiff Queen Street Store getting some more JK wipes and people in the queue in front were getting 500 points per two benefit items there. HTH:D

morning all, just been to boots in aintree retail park and they had loads of the new ootw but as quick as the shelves were being filled people wer grabbing them, i did treat myself to one and got the free gift aswell:j

Well that doesn't seem at all fair when other stores have got overflowing stocks of the GWP. I would phone customer service and complain and tell them that whilst you appreciate that it is subject to availability, you have been made aware that the GWP is in stock in most other stores and you feel that you should be able to get what is due to you.

You should be able to get mens or womens i had mens ones with the last no7 OOTW

Thanks Angie! I just phoned two other stores, the main city one has loads but she said they can;t give me any if my goods were purchased in another store and i can't get back to boots to take these back and then get across to the otherside of the ciuty to where they have them :-(

I'm well cheesed off. I am going to write a letter to complain i think, and send them a copy of my receipt, maybe i will get a goodwill points voucher to compensate for not getting any GWP's.

I'm still chuffed with getting lotsa points though and the 3 for 2 No7 sets.

It's best to call customer service, number on first page as they may be able to sort something out for you. You never know they may offer you extra points in place of the GWP or arrange for them to be sent to your local store. It's definately worth asking. Why should you go without when all over the country Boots stores are overflowing with them!!
