    its a good word
nah itll be alright thanks Jammy :)
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

Had a great MS day -

75% off at Focus - bought some decs (shouldn't have, but hey ho!)
20% discount given at till at our local 'shopping experience' (DS knew girl at till), discount more than paid for gift bought (rest spent on more decs - doh!, not getting the hang of it, am I?)
Ordered a gift from L'Occitane on line, and received a free gift worth £21 that will go in my 2009 present cupboard

Sent all my cards, wrapped all presents bought so far, decorated trees/house (one more tree to buy - Homebase had sold out) feeling really organised - its' bound to go terribly wrong!!!

    This week:
    Buy last 3 gifts
    Buy Xmas Tree & decorate
All boxes etc back to shed
    wrap last of presents
housework (Decorators been here for 3 weeks - house a bombsite!)

Need a lie down in a dark room just thinking about it all!
Poor and content is rich enough!

Thanks for all the kind comments about my pages :D I just love doing it! Wish i had more time for it!
Get Well soon furrypig and well done for signing up for more things on Quidco. I’m far too lazy to do clicks..terrible that isn’t it!

Hello findingmyfeet you need to get signed up to some cashback sites asap – never shop online without it!
Hi ickle87 it is amazing what you will find in your cupboards! Good luck! You will have to show us pics of hampers and cards!

RoxieW - you are doing FABBBB with that list! Go girl!!

Phunkles - you can do all your wrapping whilst watching xmas dvds thereby killing 2 birds with one stone! :D you have loadsa time yet !!

Hi snickers and well done for doing so good already :D

Rainmac - thanks for the kind comments. How about a swing or something like that with the money from the outlaws? Or put it in theire bank account as they will love you for it when they need a deposit on their house (I am currently silently thanking everyone who gave me money for xmas and birthday that went in my child saving account as it has helped towards our house deposit! – boring i know but the best gift ever long term!!)

Choccy - PLM has been poorly L so she may not have been able to get on the PC for todays prompt. Thanks for the kind words! Glad DS’s car is on the mend, poor lad. I was only saying to my Mum earlier that I have most peoples covered for 2009 except the main people who i ask..oops! bit Boots and superdrug happy but it was rude not to when it was 341!!

Paddingtondoo - you have done well! It is better than having nothing crossed off. Bootsing is ok when you get the hang of it, sounds like you did well though !!

sugaJen – poor little cousin’s boy! Sounds horrid, hope they can fix him! Mince pies, yum yum!!

Mum2one – you have the most busy week EVER planned!! We almost went on the orient express but pulled out last min due to illness!! You will have to let me know how it goes!!

Julu - hi and welcome! Youhave done great today well done !!

:j Loving the new merged threads, although I must admit to being a bit thick and taking a while to realise what was going on!

Haven't had much xmas spirit in our house just now everyone except DH has had the winter vomitting bug

So I am off work today and the boys are off school, so will have to try and get the house a bit more organised, it looks like a bomb has hit it!

My list for this week is...
    • Monday - tidy up and get everyone ready to go back to work/school tomorrow
Chase up lovefilm shop over DVD that was supposedly dispatched on 27th November, it was being sent to Australia as an xmas present and the last day for posting I think was Friday

    • Wednesday - work and DS 2 Christmas Carol Concert
    • Thursday - Post out 2nd class stamp cards

I'm arranging a Christmas surprise for my parents. They lived in Hong ?Kong for a couple of years and their old projecter thingie doesn't work with their old slides. So i searched online for a company who could convert them to digital images on a cd and dvd and i just got to the post office first thing to post all 80 35mm slides. It isn't very money saving as it has cost me over £50. But i know my parents will be absolutely made up with their Christmas present. The slides were not of my parents but off all the places they visited in Hong Kong while Dad was stationed out their in the Navy and they haven't been able to look at the slides for donkeys years.

I'm hoping all goes well and the conversion to digital image is successful and professional, i've never paid this much to have something like this done before.
