Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together
  • Can someone help, please? How can I keep up to date with my favourite threads? I expect it's something to do with 'bookmarks' but, as a real 'technophobe' I haven't a clue how they work. I'm spending AGES trawling through stuff I half remember! Thanks.

Well I didn't manage to clear as much of my list yesterday as I wanted but never mind:o

Still managed to wrap a few more bits up that I bought the other day, sorted DS1 Swim Teachers Present out and Wrapped ready for tomorrow and ordered a free photo book for the kids to give to grandma off the Freebies board. Just got to finish the story scrolls for school now.

Need to really get stuck in today it's DS2's Birthday next week, and his party a week on saturday, still not finished the Pinata, made the bar and sign, or the shopping  Why did I agree to a party:eek: I must be MAD!!!

But I would normally be pulling my hair out by now if it wasn't for you lot keeping me going over the last few months.

And I have no time this weekend, taking the Kids to the Panto tomorrow afternoon, and then MIL is coming up on Sunday, So I better get stuck in....

    Aim for this morning

    1. Kids to school (DS2 is better now)
    2. Recycling to School
    3. Last couple of coats on the Pinata so I can Paint it with the kids over the weekend.
4.Sort out speakers for TV (They are just sitting on the floor:o )
    5. Change Beds
    6. 2 bags and old tv Stand to Charity shop
    7. Hoover stairs (will deligate this to OH)
    8. Hoover upstairs (will deligate this to OH)
    9. Wash Bedding

Ok I'm off to get stuck in

The book choice could of been worse - it could of been the Karma Sutra!! Thou at her age (shes 63), I doubt she'd get past the introduction!!

Will give you all a laugh, my dd choose some of her xmas presents, gave her £5.00 for my mum and £5.00 for dad, so she felt that she had actually choose and paid herself (shes very clever with money!!)

Dads present (hes 70), she brought him a pair of gold thongs, and a pair of boxed underpants, on closer inspection of box, there special underwear they have a escape hole at the rear for air to escape!!

Mums present -she choose a pink glitter steering wheel cover, and a matching pink warmer for the back of the rear view mirror...........best bit, my mum doesnt drive......dad does!!!

:rotfl: its going to b fun in your house this xmas! Have u wrapped ur mums book up with her bookmark still in it?? :p

Hi I'm afraid I cant help with the non-dairy snowman soup but cellophane, most of us brought from e-bay and I can (as well as many others on here) recommend the seller nickschicks who owns the shop flowerhour he has a max P+P of £4.95 no matter how much you buy ;). If you dont like ebay then u can try ur local florist but these are normally far more expensive from what I have seen on here. Cello cones are from other sellers on ebay

morning all - well todays mine and OH's 9 year anniversary and he made me a cd and now i'm sat here with tears streaming down my face! only got .12 secs into track one! i'm a full on snotty mess now. prob the most romantic thing he;s ever done- i'm sure he's getting better with time and i'm getting worse - i forgot to buy him a card this year and last year I forgot our anniversary full stop! was mortified when he walked in with card and chocs! he's not that good though- he's out on a football bys do tonight (although he did ask for permission) so we're having an 'anniversary weekend' while the boys are at nannys. will be doing there bedroom but will still be lovely just the two of us :)
