The cathedral was lovely so sweet seeing them all singing I loved it but forgot my camera!! Slightly annoying but I'm hoping that someone else has some good !!!!ies for me!
Now home so not being naughty sneaking a peek at work!
Tonight I have to get son to and from Beavers and help DD sort some bits out for a 'suitcase sale' at school tomorrow. I decided to give her a load of my unused presents that are cluttering up the cupboard but I keep thinking of people I might be able to use them for next year so might take some out!!
Obviously I need to get my little notebook and start writing down who to buy for next year then I can be really organised like you lot!!
I always have a pile of presents in the cupboard 'just in case' and some of them seem to be in there year after year so probably not very good buys ultimately!! Definitely not very MSE maybe I need to do my list for next year sort out the cupboard then ebay the rest (see Jammy I'm trying!!)0 -

Definitely not very MSE maybe I need to do my list for next year sort out the cupboard then ebay the rest (see Jammy I'm trying!!)OK...before you start for 2009 you need to sort this cupboard out. Make a list of all people you buy for. Some people I ask what they want, some people just get a gift. Can you use these gifts for any of the latter type people? If NO, eBay or bootsale 'em and get cash to buy other presents with. They will not be doing their job if they are collecting dust. That is your task before you go near a january/pre-xmas sale! I always make sure I need the bargain/have a real person in mind, rather than 'just in case' - good to have a few of those, but not too many as you that isnt very MSE!! I used to buy 'cos it was a bargain, but it isnt a bargain if you dont need it!!! I am the JamSlaveDriver tonight
In my notebook I have a list of what I have bought people each year so I dont get them the same thing again. I'm sure my friend used to get a bag followed by a watch followed by a bag followed by a watch...so had to write it down to ensure I didnt do that!

watercolours are a great deal! Don't forget cashback and discount codes!
Also 100 pieces of glossy photo paper for £3.74 - usually get 20 in a pack in the pound shop so this is moneysaving

they were 8 for £1 in poundland4 shiny silver colour, 4 matte/brushed silver colour. they have little stars cut out of the sides. they're actually really pretty, and a bargain to boot :T
actually it may have been 10, not 8. but i can only find 8, so 8 it is:rotfl:
