LOL. You may be lucky but I am not. Have tried about 10 argos shops with no luck and have become very hardfaced. The first time I viewed one I pretended to be interested even though it was an A6, I was stood there reading the manual. Now I take one look at the box, say "no,thanks" and walk out.

Anyway, I am trying Chorley branch tonight. Fingers crossed.

Are you only being offered the A7 if the A6 is not in stock. As the A6 is in stock at my argos. so i would probably be offered the A6 right.

Well when I tried (& got an A7), there were two A6 showing in stock on the instore stock checker.The A7s I got, had A6 ARGOS Code stickers on then...so I'd say no...it's not a case of being offered a replacement item, more a case of random A7s having the A6 code on their boxes.

Just called into Argos in Didcot for a viewing. It was the A7 that came out. The girl on the desk noticed that my viewing ticket said A6 and the camera was an A7 and went off to question it with one of the other staff (out of my earshot). It was obviously OK as she came back and completed the sale.

there was two A7s in chester greyhound park, i bought one and my boss bought the other haha

Thanks, I got an A7 in S. Wales. I asked for a customer view and they brought out the A7. :beer:

Unfortunately all A6's sold out at manchester Arndale, so well done to those who managed to get one!! think I'll have to give up on this....:(
