I bought it yesterday - just the A6 but seems fine and at 6MP is a higher spec than I was originally after when I got messed around by the notorious Apple/Nikon fiasco!

Just a silly thought, what if all the A6s were reserved? Would they give me an A7 as a substitute or just say the A6 is out of stock?
If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in :D

It would be out of stock.

At the end of the day this bargain all comes down to if they have stuck a A6 catalogue number on a A7 box.

P.S What is everyone saying when they view goods and then reject them? I would have felt really guilty!

Easy..."I'm travelling abroad & wanted to buy this camera as a present for someone...I haven't much space in my luggage & just need to see how big the box is" [gets shown small box]"oh no, it's bigger tha I thought...I'm gonna have to leave it - sorry!"

So they will sell you the A7 if you ask to see the subsitute? Interesting :)

    Hi
I went into Argos today and placed an order for an A6 camera, one of 2 left, and was told that they cannot be returned unless faulty. I asked if I could view it then to make sure that it was what I wanted and they were fine with it.
It was an A6 so I said that I needed to talk it over with my daughter as I had only just seen it and ordered from the special sales leaflet. They were fine when I returned it to consider at home. After all you should check items if you cannot return them.

 not sure but worth a try,but my daughter is quite up it for asking,as she works for the company,no harm in trying, she said it has happened before with hair straightners a customer bought & returned, she asked for replacement,& got given a set @ say £80 for £30 originals,as original out of stock, customer was well pleased.....
