I have been wanting to buy a digital camera for a good while now so reading this thread prompted me to try my luck.

Bradford Kirgate - A6 only no luck.

Bradford Foster Sq - Out of stock.

Guiseley - A6 only , though I did ask the nice girl that my friend had bought one yesterday and that it was a bigger screen and it said A7 on the box. She bought one out but it had the different stock code on it.

Leeds Eastgate - Showed me the A6 but I could see the A7 next to it (only small branch) and it also had the A6 code on it. So I asked the boy to give me that one but it also had the code for the A7 on the other side of the box. So he asked the Manager who promptly told him to remove all the wrong stickers from the A7 boxes... drat !!

Leeds Albion Street - A6 only , no luck.

Leeds Crown Point - Whoooopeeeee .. at last, the A7 box came out with the A6 code on it. Unfortunately it was the last one otherwise I was going to tell the other half to go in.

Has anyone tried this and managed to get an A7 at any of the Glasgow branches?

Typical did a customer review last week and out came the A7. Decided I'd better not buy it in case I was landed with it. Anyway spoke to niece last night and she was very keen to get it. Went today and did 2 customer reviews and both times out came the A6. Another friend is wanting one so she's going to give it a go tomorrow.

I finally managed to get hold of an A7 in Bath and I was so happy that I could have kissed the bloke that put it on the shelf behind!

It's sat in front of me now looking so happy that I bought it!

Did see that it is on offer instore at £229.99!

I can now finally be happy for everyone else that has got hold of one!
