    Thanks Mizmir
Yes thats what I was thinking, just transfer a little bit over so as not to k*****r that card too, I only had a little left on it and hoped to close the account soon.
That will at least stop interest pushing me over my limit, cheeky so and sos.

Ouch Pip's Mum - that is a huge amount of interest to get thrown on there! It could be worth transferring the lot if you can and just getting shot! if they play these sort of games regularly then I really wouldn't want to know them.

I know Dragon I am really annoyed with them for pulling that kind of stunt.
Andan has just pointed out to me that I probably struggled to transfer the balance as MBNA cards only have 15 digits not 16. Again I bet they have done it on purpose to make it difficult to transfer it and hope you give up.

    Hello All

Feeling bit happier now as I managed to transfer a chunk of MBNA debt to Tesco 7.9% for life of balance and no fee.
Making getting rid of EVIL MBNA my main mission now and probably just make minimums on the rest. I was trying to get rid of the couple with little balances on first just to get rid of them but just spoke to MBNA and they are now charging me 34% APR due to going over my limit........it was there charge that put me over limit!!!

(must stay calm or head will explode!!)

So signature updated and off to do some sums.

Hope eevryone else is having a more MSE day than I am x x x

Count me in! I'm planning to be debt free by the end of April 2009, then will put all my spare money into a house deposit savings account. Current debt (as of 4th Jan 09) is £3493.94.

    Thanks!
