Ice cream tub nearly empty so once contents eaten and tub washed will be altered accordingly!

    Many thanks.

  • Well I have celotaped the lid onto an empty coke bottle and cut a slit in for my money I was really surprised how much of the bottle my coins took up. I am going to stop trying to add it up through the year and hopefully I will have a big surprise come december 2009.

    Hope your all doing ok

  • Hi Guys

Well today has not been as bad as I thought. Another £1.50ish in the pot and no cigarettes today.

Thanks Sparky for the suggestion. Going to put £2.50 in each time I would have bought a packet.

Thanks also to Sue for the PM. Its nice to know that someone has already been there and I will be able to have a moan (if necessary) lol.

Not feeling too bad at the moment and it doesnt bother me at all when at work, just when I am sat here in the evening.

    Hope everyone is doing ok!!

  • Had quite a few clunks in the past week - everything under £1 is going into the sealed pot and all £2 coins are going into a separate pot. Hopefully this year I'll be able to resist opening either of them, and even on a NSD I will try to put £1 in.
    Hope you're all doing well.

    Hello all! hellowave.gif

I have put about £4 in 50p and 20p coins in the sealed margarine tub today. I also have a couple of pound coins that will be going in tomorrow. Even if (like today) there are a lot of coins going in the tub, I am only counting them as one "clunk" to the pot. I have no idea how much money I am going to have at the end of next year but I am looking forward to finding out!
