Hi all, i would like to join in on your challenge please. I have a huge pig money box given to me for my birthday so he is all ready and waiting to be put into action. I already have some money in him but won't be opening it till he is full.

Sounds like everyone is very motivated.

..... my one terramundi pot was full of £2 coins, but I'd been loathe to smash it open. So there it sat ... I've started another one as well.

Following someones advice from this forum, I sat down a couple of days ago with a long pair of tweezers and carefully pulled out each £2 coin.

Three hours later, I had an enourmous pile of money. Ended up making three trips to the bank to change it all and collect new bags.

And the grand total .... £930 !!! eeeeekkkkk !!! Far greater than I thought it would be.

Its going into my savings account for my dream holiday in America (Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Arches national park, Yellowstone etc)

... now back to the sealed pot stuff
Debts (incl Mortgage) at LBM (24/09/08) £102849  Now £0. DFD 1st July 2019
