Got lift in to work today, so saved me £3 train fare, of which £1 I spent on a raffle ticket in support of a local charity, and £2 will be going into post 1 and 3. If pot 2 is very good I may feed her tomorrow.

I am a) slightly fed up working in great heat and b) more fed up of every single person saying to me "isn't it hot. it's too hot' every five minutes. It must be the heat making me so bad tempered!

lol at the mystery shopping. The phone ones are great £5 on average for 10 minutes work!
I was in Hunts X following a sercuricor van. All part of the service we provide. Very boring work, so i went on the stalk for some roag kill.

And happy birthday you sly dog, not telling us! Have a good day mate.

Hi all! 10p for the pot today. My pot is deceptively heavy as it still only contains less than a fiver despite weighing a ton. Who knew coppers and 5ps weighed so much?!

Hi. Haven't posted on this thread for a while. Hope everyone is getting on OK with their pots! I have a big one and I think it is about half full now, roll on December when we can open them, it seemed like a long way off but it's July already - amazing.

I normally clear my purse at the end of the day of 1p, 2p, 5p and 10ps and put them in, my middle DD likes to put them in the pot, daddy keeps his loose change in his sock draw and she keeps coming down with coins that she has taken from there and putting them in my pot - LOL
