Can't believe we're half way through the year already! This time in 6 months we'll be busy counting all our coins! :j:j:j
When is the official count date anyway?

Getting loads of £2 coins in particular lately but have to wait until the end of June to count the latest batch and bank them.

    Good luck everyone

PS Regarding the knitting - I can only knit simple hats and scarves and put them in the charity boxes that I fill at Christmas for children overseas.
Hoping to retire earlier than 67!

Official counting day is 1st December, you can only break into it if you get desperate for cash :o

Sounds like you'll need super glue for that then catsy!!

Hi Bees! That's wonderful that you also knit hats and scarves for kiddies overseas at Christmas. That's mainly what the knitting thread's about on the OS part of the forum.

Have another great day all, it looks to be a beautiful one again, though by eck it was HOT today!

Sue. Any new friends wishing to join us, please just ask and I'll be with you ASAP.
