Not leaving the house today because im off work poorly sick but think i will empty out the bottom of my handbag because there is often a penny or two lurking in the lining lol.

Hope you're not too poorly hun, it's not the dreaded piggy flu is it? You do know if it was a man who wasn't well he'd be at deaths door :rotfl:, because illnesses affect us more . Seriously though, hope your feeling better really soon, take care hun

Thanks sparky, ive not oinked yet so think im safe from the swine flu lol.

I still cant actually believe i took the day off today, this is my first day sick since september and i am so glad i took it becuase i still feel totally rotton! But im hoping that after a good nights sleep i will be bright and breazy and ready to face a new day at work tomorrow.

Just cashed $85 in for £52.40 sorry Sparky.

It was amazing though, I would like to go back one day as didn't manage all the things I wanted to do.

Another £4 of £2 coins in the pot already as been shopping for supplies as emptied cupboards before I went.

We're planning on September/October next year to spend a week there, think I'll use this years sealed pot contents to help pay for it . We only saw about 60% of the things we wanted to see

Ive just got back from the doctors, I thought I had swine flu for a weeeeeeeeek!

The doctor gave me some oinkment, and said come bacon a week, if the rashers haven't gone

I'm still here too and still potting the pennies, but DH took me away for a nice weekend because it was my birthday and also treated me to a lovely dinner out. So, not so many spare pennies for the piggy, but he hasn't been neglected because I've managed a few bits and pieces of loose change.
