. Is it me or is it quiet on here lately, I have to keep popping in and out because I've got bosses lurking around, and I don't want them to catch me
. I'll catch up later
Yeah it does seem to have been quieter around here recently. Maybe everyone is out looking for roadkill?

I hope we all know our respective banks change rules!
5 bags a time at some branches could mean alot of queuing up for us.....It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Yup - we'll all be at the bank everyday for about a month.....2022 wins include.... £1,000 cheque £150 ASDA gift card £250 Impericon gift voucher £100 cheque £100 of plant bulbs £100 Bower Collective voucher0 -
My local branch is pretty good they've never imposed limits on me before but just in case I drove the long way to work the other day, there are four branches between my house and work...so thats four stops going to work, two during my breaks and then the same again daily until its all paid in!It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

The doctor gave me some oinkment, and said come bacon a week, if the rashers haven't gone
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:: rotfl:
Love it sparky, though stumbled a bit by pronouncing the bacon as is! I knew it wouldn't be long until we had a piggy joke - think on though, tis a good job it's NOT from pigs or we'd need to keep our piggy banks in quarantine to protect them!! I'll put little socks on the trotters of mine to help a little.
I see we're starting to think about the bankers - yes, I said bankers (!!;)) already. I half imagine them peeping out the window every few seconds, then on seeing one of us 'Sealed Pot Savers' weighed down, slamming the shutters!!I'll do the same as last year and take it to the village PO, they were really grateful - I'm sure! Great thinking scubaangel!
Hope you get well very soon Puzzled, or at least feel a bit better.
Hiya LMM, great to see you! I hope you really enjoyed your trip to the Big Apple, though I wonder why they call it that?Any ideas anyone?
I reckon you're right about the reasons for it being quiet Skippy, so we can rightly blame sparky & stunty for their great lessons to the masses!
Keep it up folks, great jobs can always be improved upon! :T

I know you have to pay for the service so not very OS, but is there a limit on the amount of coins you can put through the coin sorter machines in Sainsbury's? If I went along with a couple of hundred pounds worth of coins on 2nd Dec would they be happy to give me that much cash from the till? Just thinking ahead:D0

While some of us are being naughty and have to be threatened with the 'naughty step', there are those of us that are good and can be trusted to get on with things :A.
Naming no names, but you know who you are.
Have a great day peeps :T, even the naughty ones.
*bigbum flies away like the fabulous angel that she is and brings joy and fun of the none-naughty variety to another thread*
 People are saying how quiet it is here. Soooooooooooooooooooooooo I thought I would rear my ugly head from the naughty step!:j Hello People! :j
So now I have been good and quiet, may I please be allowed off Auntie Sue? Just leave Kas there, mind at the mo I think she has absconded with LC and LC2. TUT!!
I have been good and saved well this last week. I even went for a meal with a load of friends, cos a freind was here from USA and my meal was not good, so I got it free! Yaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!! Money is in the pot! :T
:A My lovely Tara is due to have her stitches out today. :A
She is doing good for a 15yr old poodle.
The vet has even showed me how to tell a cancerous lump form a benign one whilst it is tiny. I just wish he had told me a £1,0000 ago.
I am thinking of selling the instructions to fill my pot and therefore beat LC good and proper. Bless her, she has started that new job and must be falling asleep after work, but you can bet your bottom dollar she will be saving well. :mad:I don't get to come on here too often.
Too buzy money saving!0 -

Morning lucy*locket,
If you took £200 of change to Mr. S's and put it into the machine you would end up with £184  as they charge you 8%, for the privilige of counting YOUR money, TBH, I would take a few trips to the bank, rather than give anything awaySparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002.
