LOL! I had joined this thread and the original Loose Change thread but the OP for that one went missing, so I decided to start it again so people could be praised and encouraged for saving, much like Sue does here. I love both the challenges. I use this one to save money for a rainy day/emergency and the Loose Change one goes toward my debts. I put equal amounts in both.

I'm really going to try to post more on here. I haven't really had much change lately as DH has been doing the shopping, but he empties his pockets every night and I snaffle the change in the morning if he hasn't taken it out with him! There's about 50p on the table tonight!

Hi, could I join in please, I've got a pot I collect pennies in already but am inspired by this thread to make more of an effort. I reckon I can manage £3 a week easily, so could you put my target as £100? Thanks for a great challenge!:T £3.81 in my pot to get me started. Off to update signature now.

I am going to have to spend it on the dog anyways. She is due to have her stitches out on Thursday.
Not good news from the vets, it is a very aggressive cancer so we just wait for it to reappear....which we know it will for a third time...just don't know when or where. TUT! Poor old Tara, I love her lots! :o

Just a few silver coins to scatter amongst my pots today. But my boss has asked me to clear some 'junk' from work and says if anything looks worth selling I can sell it. So that may be exciting, or it may be £3.50 knowing my luck.
