I do hope you're feeling better again, Sams......I have to agree with Our Elsie helnag, there will always be a time when others are down on their luck, it's then you recall their kindness to you.
Just a quickie tonight, but hubby came back from doing a little shopping and presented me with a handful of coins saying "put these in that pot of yours". He then closed his hand over mine and gave me such a beautiful kiss, I could have cried. He's the very best!
Plus, I don't need to rifle his trousers these days!!!!! :A
Have a great day whatever you're doing.

Charlie - HAPPY BELATED !!! :T
Junior - I'm really sorry to hear about your break-up. But like you said, you're now young, free and simple. Great way to be nowadays
Everyone has lovely 'first time' stories, keep 'em coming! :T
Been a very tearful day for me. I know, silly to cry over these things but we got rejected for the loan. It's the first time that's ever happened to us and I really don't know what we're going to do.

Oh dear Mellika, I was so sorry to read your sad news. It's never silly to cry about such things at all, in fact it's natural as whenever we feel like crying over such things it's far better to do so and help get it out of your system. I didn't intend to be up this late, but have been helping on the quitting smoking thread for a while so couldn't resist staying a few minutes extra for you.
Have you been on to the "Debt-free Wannabe" board and started a new thread asking for help or advice about what to do next? If not give it a try. Please don't worry yourself too much though, so often these things are sent for a purpose we just can't see it at the time.
Chin up Mellika, tomorrow (should that be today!) is another day and may bring better, brighter thoughts and ideas. All the very bestand a really big hug !!!!!!{O}}}

Well I did not count my piggy, but have raided :eek: it for any big shiney coins for my other tin, as its now not the cooker fund, but the first 2 weeks rent on the new flat, which I must say I am having sleepless nights over, got to get about £180 by 23rd march!

Dad set me up with a £20 and I now have £44.50 I started my 2nd tin on 2nd March, hoping I can get away with just buying essentials when I do my weekly shop and then I think I might be able to put another big bit in :think: but really can't see how I can get it by 23rd
