    Hi all

rescued £1.02 out the washing machine and
decided mine are big enough, old enough and
ugly enough to empty there own pockets
and if they cant   well that is my gain :D
I dont get any road kill cause the wrinkled rose
gets there before me (sorry mum) so decided whats in
washing machine is mine :j :j

    kas xx
GOOD FOR YOU......... mine too are old enough and ugly enough too! Best though to check the pockets before you wash, as I found out once, it can save on hefty washing machine repairs.

One word of caution....don't brag about what you found or they start to click and empty them ....and that would be a shame. LOL!
I don't get to come on here too often.
    Too buzy money saving!

    Good Morning everyone,
It's certainly very cold and wet here this morning, make sure you wrap up well.

Cheap_charlie, Happy Birthday, hope you had a great day and got spoilt by your nearest & dearest :bdaycake:

Jess, you're probably better off without him hun, sounds like he's too immature for you anyway, he'll probably realise too late he's lost out. You keep smiling kid OK ;)

Mellika, my savings bought me a Lambretta jet 200 scooter when I was 17, I'd saved up for about 2 years, (wish I still had it now, sigh!)

Sue, Stunty & I don't wander the streets looking for change in the 'pool, you know, we have other things to do! Like rugby tackling lil old ladies in Mr M's. lol :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Oopalah, Surfbabe, reb, (our) elsie, little chicken and anyone else I've forgotten (my brain's not working this morning!) have a great day, take care & keep saving :D

It's my birthday today and I went shopping this morning - during my travels I got (no kidding!) £10 worth of £2 coins - I always seem to do well for them on Mondays for some reason :D

I had a load of change I had left over from a night at the pub on Saturday too so a LOT of change in the pot today!
Wow, you jammy thing! £10! Wow! I never find any roadkill, I'm sure there must be lots of MSE that live around here!

Melika, I remember when I was about 13 my Auntie and cousins came over from Australia, and I started saving so I could go and visit them. In the end the money all got spent when I got a car! (not when I was 13, when I was old enough to drive!)
Have swiped all of DH's piles of change that were lying around from when he empties his pockets. If he complains I shall tell him I'm going to use the money to pay off his debts/buy him some food next time we run out of money. He'll be grateful in the end!

hi all nothing spent today so no change. will have to spend tomorrow iv given my old cooker away on freecycle ( was really lucky i wanted a 60cm halogen hob double oven cooker but they are about £400 so was going to have to save up but then my brothers father in law has gone into a nursing home and guess what they needed to get rid of out of his bungalo ) so thought the old one might help someone else someones picking it up tomorrow night so have been cleaning it up but have run out of brillo pads for the shelves nothing else seems to work and i cant give it away dirty so il have to buy some tomorrow.

    not very mse but

but OVEN PRIDE really does work
it says oven and bbq cleaner. you just shove the
shelves in a bag add solution and leave
    mine came out sparkling

anyway a few coins in the pot and a £20 note
that managed not to get spent :rotfl: :rotfl:
