Have you ever considered doing SAS training? That way as you pass bus stops in your car, if you spot any road change, you could open the door, roll out & scoop the change up as you go by(just a thought lol :rotfl: )
Just found a pound coin on top of a pile of DH's clothes so decided it must be mine! Put in pot.
Just saw advert for Inspector Cleusau or however it's spelt: "Let me bring you up to speed with what we know, nothing, you are now up to speed" :rotfl: Sounds like me! I know nothing!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Just popping my head in... haven't been around for a while due to extreme busyness
I've had change issues over the past couple of weeks thanks to the snow forcing me on to public transport... I've had to beg, steal and borrow bits of silver off people in order to be able to get to work because I'd cleared my purse out just before the worst of the weather hit! Ooops
Should be back to normal now though... so there's another £1.19 to go into the nearly full tin.
I have a feeling the banks aren't going to love us in December0 -

And various other change takes me up to £4.13, which makes up for the fact that I didn't have any change to save yesterday.

Can I join the sealed pot, I have a money tin which I will have to butcher with a tin opener and I have been throwing every bit of change into it at the moment, it is about halfway full I have decided that the money for this will be put towards christmas as I will take it to Asda and the money that comes out of it I will place on a christmas gift card.
I am not sure if I will be back with my husband by christmas as yet so am saving for it now.

Evening all. I've just got in from a job interview, which was NOT an enjoyable experience. I had to catch a cab. gggggrrrrr:mad: Which was a waste of £7.60 as it started to rain as soon as I left the house. I will put the change from a tenner into my pottie though. I was good and walked home.:A:A:A
Just off to raid Mr LC's pantaloons for coinage. Piggy-wiggy is hibernating in my sock draw at the mo, but I'm thinking I should really empty him and add to my ISA now. whaddya all think? xxxSave me from spending...
