Wow, that's good! I never find anything like that but I did hear of a tramp a few years ago in Dorking who lived on roadkill, apparently he used to find £20 notes and all sorts. :cheesy:
I've put £1 in my pot today, and have £5 in my purse, so if it's still there friday I will put that in. It should be, I don't plan to go out the next 2 days, so can't spend anything! ;)

:hello: Hello everyone! Hope you are all having a good day???

Only managed 50p today as ds was playing up this morning and I rushed out the door without picking up my lunch :o so I had to buy something at lunchtime.

I have £2 in my purse and don't intend to buy anything over the next couple of days so that will go in my pot on Friday if I still have it!!

Right!!!! Roll up roll up for Roadkill School! Presented by your genial hosts Sparky and Stunty. No talking at the back, switch your mobiles off!!!

    Rules and guidelines:

    1) Walk in the middle of the pavement.
    2) Look at the pavement a decent distance ahead of you and move your eyes over the whole of the pavement in a radar style.
    3) Check the road every now and then. That glint in the road can be a nice little bit of road kill. (but make sure you don't get knocked over picking it up!!!)
    4) Check bus stops. Loads of roadkill here. School kids throw it at each other... lol
    5) Supermarket car parks. Plenty to be had here.
    6) I find McDonalds, KFC carparks are good hunting grounds.
    7) Footie grounds (I work around 2 of them and they're great for change!)

I hope you've all taken notes.......... Professor Sparky will be asking questions later...... lol

    Stunty!

    :hello:Hi everybody,

Have duly taken all the above to heart. Still didn't find any to-day but will ask DH if I can go football match next Wednesday with him I just know he will appreciate me scrambling about on the floor looking for road kill. But beware

  • LuckyCharlie - the trick with the football is not to actually go in to the match. once all the drunk punters have wandered into the ground, wander around the ground. There's loads of change on the floor from where they've tried to pay for hotdogs, burgers etc..... lol
