    Hell yeah it's addictive. lol. All of a sudden you will realise that you are a member of a friendly little community. We're all usually around on here at some point of the day and I like to think that we've helped each other out with various problems ove rthe last year. If you've got time (and you're feeling brave) have a read of the thread from last year from the start. It's a great read!

    Thanks Sue for my number lilgrayfox No 361 all ready to go...
    Have just had fun with a stanley knife - almost an OUCH moment:eek: - making a slit in the plastic lid of an old glass Roses Sweetie Jar which had been used for buttons and old beads etc ( relegated to a bag now for tho mo Sealed Pot Challenge much more important!! ;)) am going to cover outside with some nice wrapper or some such so I don't see how I am doing until the end of next year.
    Just dropped in my purse change for starters... 3x £1 50p and some 20p's Right it's started!! whoopee.
    Now to find out how to sign up for some more challenges... think it could be rather addictive from reading all your posts. Bye for now and good luck to othersXX

    Brrr, its freezing this morning!! Well i just empited out all the change under a pound into my pot there was a 1p, 3 x 10p, 1 x 50p and something else!

    Chap walking down the concourse in front of me this morning dropped a 20p. He didn't bother stopping to pick it up, so I did :o:o - into the pot it will go tonight!!

    I suppose like a lot of people he thought 'it's only 20p' but everyone here knows that all those little coins can mount up. :D

  • #282 reporting - I added a £2 coin, 2 20p's and 2 1p's into the tin.

    This is so great, am a member of a few threads and want to join the payment a day after Xmas, my deadline to pay off my £17,000 is end of Dec 2009.

    It's cold here too although haven't been outside as the kids all have coughs but my car has only just defrosted.
