Trust me, you would be nothing like this bunch of animals i dealt with last night. We were called to a mini riot down Sparky's end of Liverpool, it was a family who decided that New Year spirit comes from whisky bottles...... (Hunts Cross village if you're interested Sparky!)

Luckily we were over the water last night, Hunts Cross isn't too far from us, don't you just wish people would stay in and enjoy themselves. Also the other nutters  who call 999 to complain about wrong toppings on pizza's, and the vicar who rang to complain because WH Smith staff wouldn't let him use the loo, they should fine these clowns for wasting the emergency services time. There thats sparky's Victor Meldrew type rant out of the way lol :rotfl:

You need to practice looking for change, it's like a second instinct for me now, I can pick up road change without even slowing my pace now, I've perfected the art of swooping on coins lol, and just remember that 1p is one more than you had before you found it.

Going to be a bit short this year as car parking in my home town has gone up from 50p to 60p per hour  Won't be a problem soon as woolies and adams are closing - not many shops left soon :(

It's a technique Sparky and I have perfected in Liverpool. Basically you:

    1) Walk with your eyes scoping the pavement in a rader left to right sweeping motion.
    2) Pay particular attention to bus stops. Teenages cant be bothered to pick up pennies.
    3) Don't be too proud to make it obvious what you're doing.... lol

I've picked up loads over the last year (I work outdoors so its easy for me, particulary on football match days).

Sparky and I have hoovered the streets of Liverpool clean! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Happy New Year Sealed Pot Savers!!! I hope everyone has recovered from their hangovers... think I just about have! :) No change in the pot for me today as although I went out last night, it was to a friends house party so didnt spend any money. Got very drunk though as we played a few drinking games to see the new year in! :D
