Morning all. Well it is for me anyway.
Hope you all had a nice night last night. As usual at this time of year, my work was manic. People wishing each other happy new year and then trying to beat 10 bells out of each other. lovely! anyway, I'm off for my brekkie, which the lovely Mrs S-to-be is cooking me.
Hope the hangover's not to bad LC, Sparkys right - paracetamol and drink plenty of water!
Sparky - I sent you a PM last night in response to yours.I am one of the 63336.'It is better to have lived one day as a tiger than a thousand years as a sheep.'

The Quality sweet tin now has a nice hole cut in the top and lots of tape around the lid and will not be opened until December (unless I become so good with money I don't need to open it, ha ha pigs might fly). Counted my coppers and had £8, not going to put coppers in my sealed pot as they go in a jar and the kids like to count them, I will pay them into my savings account. I'm feeling very positive about my new financial regime although my cutting back on alcohol is about to go drastically wrong as there's two half opened bottles of wine and they'd only go off.......:beer:Sealed pot challenge number 5130

Hey Stunty & Sparky, Thanks for the best wishes and hangover advice. I have found a cure. I've eaten about 10 of hubby's shortbreads that santa brought him.;)
I was supposed to be detoxing from today, but boy do I need the stodge:rolleyes: feeling much better now. 50p in my piggy-wiggy.
Think my cats are cross with me though - unless they were also celebrating last night - one of them threw up al over the kitchen floor this morning. Just what I need with my 'illness'.:o
Welcome to all of you newbies by the way, a little warning though, sealed pottie-ing is seriously addictive.;):D;):DSave me from spending...

Hiya stunty,
Got your PM thanks for the best wishes, my internet connection went belly up last night as I was trying to PM other people on here and I only managed to send 5
Thats the worst thing about new years eve, people who are normally 'sane', seem to go loopy and want to fight their best friends or some poor b*gger passing by, DW and I normally stay in with friends or family to avoid the 'seasonal nutters' lol. Bet it was hectic for you last night, and probably just as bad tonight.
Take care big fella and enjoy your breakfastSparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002. Total for SPC3 £1,030.57 Total For SPC 4 £2247.00 Total for SPC 5 £2574.62 :T Total for SPC 6 £4552.91:T

After thinking my pot wasn't going to be fed today due to it being a NSD, I only went and realised it didn't get anything yesterday so I checked my purse and found 88p in 20p, 10p, 5p, 2p and 1p coins0

Trust me, you would be nothing like this bunch of animals i dealt with last night. We were called to a mini riot down Sparky's end of Liverpool, it was a family who decided that New Year spirit comes from whisky bottles......
