  • Hi all,

Just found this thread and would like to contribute.

I'm a self employed plumber, tiler and bathroom fitter and am always looking to get extra work. If anyone would like a free no obligation quote I'd be more than happy to help.

I've fitted a number of B&Q bathrooms over the years and all have had problems with missing/damaged bits. Basically where possible I don't fit them anymore like most of my peers.

Homerite I've never had any dealings with but a friend of mine had a nightmare with them after spending £13,000.

If anyone would like any advice, help or a quote please call me 07789 711799 or 01443 226562 I cover most of south wales.

    Thanks guys

    Matt

I was surprised to read matt park's post above suggesting his friend had a bad time with Homerite. They recently did my bathroom and I couldnt have been happier. Angela in the showroom was excellent, so full of ideas and gave us as much time as we wanted to choose what was right for us. The finished product is fantastic.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion but I suppose you have to take it with a pinch of salt when they're touting for business. Cant help wondering why his friend didnt have him to fit his bathroom and not Homerite!
  • I don't know if these guys are to far away for you but there very good tubsandloos.com
  • CWEST thanks for your response and as soon as i wrote that I knew someone would pick up on that. The reason is that I started back playing ice hockey for the ENL Devils a couple of seasons ago and my friend had been assistant coach there for the past couple of years who I'd not seen or been in contact with for over 10 years. The homerite opinion is not mine as i have had no dealings with them just passing on his comments.
  • I love this thread - I'm looking for a bathroom fitter to fit a shower in my office. Can you let me know if you have any more suggestions? I've been in contact with a few suggestions on this thread :-)

    Thanks!
