Mmmm... sounds good.
You must try Duke Pudding from We'll Eat Again Moany;) quick, cheap and scrummy -just breadcrumbs, carrot, sultanas and a bit of melted butter/marge.0 -
It has been cooked and eaten with custard. Result - excellent, sweet. I shall certainly make it again as it has no fat and very little sugar - even including the jam!
It gives four average sized portions - it is very filling.
We had soup, followed by the pudding.0 -
Yorkshire pudding (normal recipe) but baked in a small roasting pan so it does not rise too much. Eat as pudding with butter and golden syrup0
