have you looked into the 'no-poo' method. You can use bicard of soda instead?

Well I have up and washed my hair today. I just couldn't cope with how horrible it constantly looked. Maybe I didn't give it a fair chance as the "transition period" can be up to 8 weeks, but after three weeks and two days I just needed to wash my hair.
Things I will take from this - I will let my hair air dry more often and I learn not to brush wet hair as this damages it.
I wouldn't go with the classic 'no poo' method as the soda and vinegar damage hair in the long term which kind of defeats the point of not using products.0
