DS wants to make his dad another chockie bar (poor bloke must getting fed up by now) but just melt own brand chockie and put into a silcone bread tin (not filling the thing though), once it starts to set DS decorates with smarties or whatever, once set wrap in cellophane and stick a ribbon on - jobs a good un for about a pound! lots of posher versions on the cellabrations board. :T

is it not Jeremy Vine on the radio - I hate him too! I can't believe I just watched the whole show cos I was too lazy to go find the remote.

Got holiday for St Andrew's day Maz.

Jeremy Kyle is on Talksport... ugh! i hate the man!

  • Flying through the thread, my work computer is seriously FUBAR'd but I wanted to say thank you to you all for letting me vent and giving me perspective - have had a very apologetic text from OH which makes me feel guilty because it was not ALL his fault (that's between you and me ;) ). I need to cut him some slack, the work pressure is way increased as since his manager left he has basically had to fill that role as well as his own, he usually just does CAD work but has been getting into the design side of things as well as managing, and it's good for him in the long run but tough for now... I am making him late to work by getting him to drop me and Elliot off but the alternative is that parking costs £1.30 an HOUR. I will make sure we get up earlier and get out on time, and take the car when I can and work around car parks and other offices, I can move about a bit in my job so I will try to do more. Sorry for rambling on. It's going to be harder in Feb when he is getting the train to london every day at 7am so we have got to get sorted by then.

i don't like talksport either but i found it one day and he was on... rambling to some bloke... no music (obvioulsy as talksport!) but i really didn't have jezza down as the sporty type! i think they were being topical about something or other but it was rubbish...

i love jeremy vine... he's just lovely, even when i don't know what he's talking about!!
