oh, !!!!!!.............the stupid idiot didn't want to listen to me and just tried to talk over me every time I spoke. He asked why I knew it wasn't coming today as they deliver until 6 ? Because both your automated service and the online track and trace say it is waiting at the delivery office for me to re-arrange and I have an email from Royal Mail confirming it will be delivered today.......!!!!!! head.......

He is going to call them first thing in the morning and re-arrange, (which I could do myself!) but as I'm now at work each morning it will have to be Saturday :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: I told him I was NOT happy and no, I would not prefer to go to the post office - I would like it delivering to me - here!

He said - well, of course, the easiest thing would be if I could go to the sorting office myself and pick it up - I said, well, that would have been possible had I not been sitting here all day waiting for it as arranged!

Silly question maybe (I'm good at those) but will they not redirect to your work address?

they could do, but I work part time so might miss it and I work somewhere small and I've never seen anyone else do anything like this so wouldn't want to get into trouble.

It's also likely to be a big, quite heavy box, so will then mean me getting it into my car.
