    triker -how was your day?

Great thanks, went to birmingham for the BBC Good Food Show. Saw a cookery demo by Gordon Ramsey who was great entertainment, very funny and taking the mick out of himself re the alleged affair stuff, though he did acknowledge that it had been a rough week for him and his family.

Managed to sample tons of food, sadly declined all the copious amounts of alcohol to sample, as driving. Had a great day, didn't really buy anything, have gone ultra careful with my money so didn't fall for the delicious looking speciality foods as Oldstyle was firmly lodged in my head. I kept thinking, well they are cheaper from suchaplace and 'I could make that' and 'I don't care how welsh that lamb was it's not worth that much money':D.

Excellent day, now having a well deserved G and T, lidl gin, ;) and resting my aching feet.

OH has really hurt his back so unfortunately has been unable to move for most of the day and I was out from 7am this morning and got back at 7pm, so just got him some food.:o
