I have just finished making a salt dough plaque with my little girl. It is a nativity scene, and is now in the cupboard upstairs drying. Think it might take a while to dry though so a bit worried about that.

Still got quite a lot to do before 2moz but the dreaded belly is kicking in as I ate too much high fat yesterday.

Carried on and did a bit more floor clearing in the lounge, also remade our bed with fresh bedding from TD and put another pillow into wash. Put winter quilt on the bed and bagged summer one ready for fry cleaning later this week. Put paper and cardboard out for recycling.

Just having a coffee before going into town, to do a bit of shopping and get some euros.

We are having a day in France on Friday (yes, I'm taking the teens out of school! And yes, I've asked permission!). We are going to visit Vimy Ridge, a Canadian war site, and then the Christmas market in B!thune before heading back to Cit! Europe for shopping. Just have to find somewhere for lunch. I have been trying for a booking on the tunnel for months, but there are hardly any available thanks to the fire.

    Okay, off into town.

vivw pm or email details, and I'll add you to my cards!

polkadot - Congrats on getting the cake order!

    Another morning of flying wasted!!!
Found out this morning DP will not be getting income support due to receiveing working tax credits. So thats another kick in the teeth for our finances.
Spent the morning trawling the shops, jobcentre and internet trying to find some kind of job.

Got to go to maths in half an hour, going to have a cuppa first, and compile a list of jobs for DP to do while I am out, then I'll start the serious flying when I get back at 3.30ish!

OOOHHHH Why cant my life be simple!!!!!
Off to a little cry and I'll be back, bright and breezy later.
