How big of them! It's the "we are in control" mentality. The error was at their end so stuff 'em!! They should be grovelling in their apology to you.

I agree, but I had 'firm but polite words' with them, they have done this to me before, I could do it on line but they issue you with such complicated user ID's and passwords all case sensitive, I find it a real pain logging on to their site. (and I do understand the need for online security)

But I have a feeling I am just going to have to get use to it, but I would much rather be here and cleaning with you all, so much less stressful!! :rotfl:

Off to do some Sage accounts.

Woohoo I have just completed a HHC, sorry I did not notice the one going on here lol. I just got a spurt of energy and cleaned the hall and stairs. My stairs are split and so more work, I had to clean the 2 small landings in between the stairs. Ok am i making sense lol, any ways there was a lot to do but it looks good.

Only problem when I clean I just move things up a level ready to be sorted into correct places upstairs. Now my landing looks like I am having a jumble sale, oh well going to have a 30 minute craft with my monkey then get going again.

To look at her now you would never believe she was not right this morning. Kids eh who needs them lol, told her that she has to go in 2 moz so will see what happens.

Also Solicitor has phone me, man is this going to get complicated. She is pushing for the $@#%&*#$^ to stump half the cash for the DNA test *Pig in costume and a whole muti coloured pig cirus has just flown past the window, while dancing to So What by pink*

Thats all for now, hugs to all that need them on this fine morning. **Do I see a MSE member out there, no I think it might be a snowman.* lol

*Zoey bolts for safety in her nice warm house in fear of a linch mob coming from MSE lol*

    Morning all

I did one load of washing and hung it up inside because it was cold and dull. Then it brightened up so I thought "I know, I'll strip my bed and do that today because it's supposed to rain tomorrow". So I stripped my bed and put the washing on. Before it finished it was pouring with rain.....so that's hung up inside too. Me and my bright ideas.

Anyway, having started upstairs I carried on and polished and dusted the two main bedrooms (spare still full of boxes) and vacuumed them (well half of DD2's because it's half full of boxes), vacuumed the landing and bathroom/toilet floors, vacuumed down the stairs and did the hallway and kitchen. The cats and dog are all asleep in the living room so I left well alone. I can do that tomorrow.

Peeled spuds for dinner and generally S&Sd kitchen.

    Hope everyone's OK :)

Off to catch up with posts now.

Just had my first xmas card
OK my 'young' cousins always send them out super early but still a shock.

    Mini rant alert
My friends, who only knew me by my married name have no problem remembering since I went back to my maiden name five years ago, so why do my cousins, who knew me and my parents, still use my married one? So if I am not in when my 'old' cousin's parcel arrives I have to find my old work ID card to show at the parcel office. Parcel just delivered - yup, she did it again. OK nothing much in the great scheme of things, but just get the feeling that if they cared they would remember. (gives self a shake and tells self not to be stupid)
    Rant off
