    You won't believe this but it's Dominic Minghella who it turns out is Loretta's brother, as we know from earlier that Loretta is the sister of Anthony Minghella the film director and it says Anthony and Dominic are brothers. :D

    I smell a conspiracy. I suspect Doc Martin is a relative of Loretta who has been sent in to disrupt the activities of the Nilrem thread.
