can anyone recommend a good simple isa -has to be telephone based to a degree is for my wife she had the icesave one

It might be worth posting on the following thread which was set up by one of the MSE researchers for anyone who had still not received their compensation. I know they did a lot for the Kaupthing people who had problems so definitely worth making them aware of your problem and others in your poasition.
