When I was looking for a job with Options the shift pattern was strange 11am to 11pm, I think. Then the waking night shift took over.

We usually work 9am to 10pm with a "sleeping allowance" until 9am next morning, but some shifts carry on until mid-day. Then there are "doubles" with two nights in a row. It's a three week rolling rota too, so I have to carry a diary at all times!

I like Double Entendre's shift pattern 8 hour days, 7 hours of breaks. Much more civilised the French.
