5. I thought sloughflint was fair game when doing the Tibbledom denials as he had accused me (albeit correctly) and didn't think he would take offense but didn't want to suggest anyone else although I did in the later stages mention altocumulus.

Still catching up. So was the explicate/ implicate/Bohm never part of it?

I think it's not for me to say either, as I haven't been much of a contributor until recently either.

I did try to resign last week though - but couldn't quite cut the umbilical cord.:D

Not really. The first explicate was just a quick attempt at a joke. Of course in hindsight not everyone would be aware that explicate and implicate were related in the Bohm theories.

The comment about chaos and the trillion snowflakes creating the snowman was just something that came into my head when a few scary posts were being made, although it did dawn on me that that might mislead.

And then the "did not mean to implicate"/mysteres not solved was to clarify things.

I've got a mathematical type background and I do see a lot of beauty in chaos theory. The Implicate Order theory from Bohm is a very interesting one. Would quite like to read his book some time.

Implicate Order is a great choice of username to have. I wish i had thought of it.

Incidentally where icesavers still waiting for their cash (and there are some pretty serious problems for those unable to use the electronic process) come onto this thread we direct them to the other icesave threads which are discussing these issues.

And perhaps I wasn't helping by also seeing the beauty in chaos, and playing along with all of this.

I can heartily recommend any of David Bohm's writings to anyone, but his idea of implicate order is the most compelling of all....

I did think that someone would pick up on the similar presentation. It's something that it's hard to change without spoiling the posts.

The fact I hadn't posted that often was something that saved me there perhaps.
