Yes i want to admit that i created the Africanman character and you may ask why? I thought the iva was dyeing and having become addicted to the iva I thought it needed to liven up a little and more posters .
I thought how and came up with the character Africanman loosely based on the Mr Angry character from Steve Wright Radio show in the early 80s.
Hence the totally uncalled for attack on Adey which was totally out of my character and i deepy apologise to Adey for any offensive caused and to all members sorry -i am not a nasty person at all and only use this forum.
Adey did not respond in the way i thought and in a way to hot up the iva and create more posters/topics , as he is too nice a guy and left the iva and caused some hostilites which was the last thing i wanted.
Again Adey and all the Africanman is not my personality or character and following on I thought to use the character to add some more spice and obtain more members ,but it was not me and was a very silly thing to do and i know that now so I am sorry again.

I will now depart the Forum forever and wish Adey and iva a healthy and successful live and once agsin I am sorry .

Oh, don't go, Steve/Africanman! I was beginning to enjoy the mild flirtation. You guys take this IVA thread FAR too seriously. Just pop in from time to time. I personally enjoy the benefit of your experience; your tales of your extensive travels; and, above all, your rants against McBroon.

Steve the only one who could take offence is me. I've been called alot worse in my time. I know you're a good guy and don't want to lose you as a friend. As far as I'm concerned the matter is closed and now firmly in the past. The only reason I had to clear the matter up is people still thought it was me fooling around and that was unhealthy. I wish I could hug you, takes a big brave man to do what you've just done as your Mr Angry would say you've done the honourable thing. Let's shake on it and move forward pal. I was awake most of the night worried about you and I never did that with the real bad guys. It's a joke that went wrong. You can put it right get me an extra pint at the IVA reunion.:D
