Once in the miner's strike ther were 7 Inspectors huddled in a group discussing tactics. I shouted to the troops "What do you call a group of Inspectors" "Answer, an indecision of Inspectors"In memory of Chris Hyde #8670

Many thanks for responding to my serious interlude. Had to pop out into the sun for a quick walk then the fog came down rather abruptly.
I've been knee-deep in ankle-biters for weeks, hence not near the laptop, and wondering how you peeps were doing. Grandchildren are wonderful, honest, I'm grateful for a few days peace to catch up on stuff now.
So . . . what to do to get money now the interest rate has snuffed it? I've tried applying for jobs but they don't want to know, and the market is somewhat flooded with personnel, like a dried up river bed full of floundering fish . . .
How are you all anyway? Dodged the flu and norovirus or snivelling with a cold like me? Isn't January fun!:hello:0 -
