    Mrs H was brought up in a Communist State, but bizarrely seems far more right wing than me! I said "Didn't UK govt do well to reimburse us?". She said "It was guilt because they'd let the banks screw up in the first place!" :rotfl:

    she is correct to a point H (icesave was there balls up):mad:-plus Poles are far more hardworking and industrious compared to lazy Brits ( present company excepted) following the arrival of Uncle Lech Walesa they became very capitalistic -remember one guy bought a machine and drove to Germany himself to fetch it and take it back to Poland -his biz then grew over the years.
    and you know who to blame here in uk the chancellor of the Ex from 1997 to 2007 and he still will not admit to this --damm McBroon again :mad:
