Received wrong item...seller not responding...

Hi, I won a cd off ebay on 13th Dec. I paid immediately by paypal. I emailed the seller after a couple of weeks to ask if it had been sent out. I didn't get any response. Then last week I received a cd however it wasn't the one that I won. There was no return address or any indication who it was from. I emailed her again…

A reminder though is different and is just a polite note, to recover the payment a full paypal chargeback *must* be done.
