Received wrong item...seller not responding...

Hi,
I won a cd off ebay on 13th Dec. I paid immediately by paypal.
I emailed the seller after a couple of weeks to ask if it had been sent out. I didn't get any response.
Then last week I received a cd however it wasn't the one that I won. There was no return address or any indication who it was from.
I emailed her again on the 3rd Jan to say that I had still not received cd or had a response from her. I also explained that I received a different cd with no return address, etc and that the cd that I won is the only item outstanding on ebay that I am waiting to arrive.
I checked her other (closed) auctions through advanced search and sure enough found that the cd I have received, she had also put on ebay and was also won by another ebayer.
To date I have still not had a response from her. What can I do? I am usually very laid back with regards to ebay (both buying and selling) and I am not overly bothered as I don't think she's conning me or whatever. I do think it is just a simple mistake of her posting me the wrong cd. She's got 100% feedback of 58. But it is frustrating that she's not responding to me emails. I appreciate that my first email her she might have received and already posted the item, but it wouldn't take long to say that!
So what should I do? Shall I email her again or just wait??

Did you e-mail her directly, or send a message through eBay? If you e-mailed her directly, it might be worth contacting her through eBay as some people don't check their mail, or have over-zealous spam traps.0

Through ebay messages because it's easy!

I'd do a chargeback through Paypal if i were you. This will either make them respond to you or you will get your money back.
Good Luck

Wow - thanks for the responses! Although I was a little surprised that a few were so quick to suggest a chargeback! LOL
Obviously you guys don't put up with no cr*p! And good on you - me putting up with cr*p from buyers has stung me a few times!
Anyway, actually got an email from her today saying that she sent my cd to the person that won the one that I received. She said she thought it would be easier if I sent the cd on to that buyer and he would send me mine.
Didn't mention anything about the postage...that I would be out of pocket by doing that. So I asked her directly - so now waiting for a response. Don't mind sending it on (or back to her actually) if she's going to pay for postage.
Is that unreasonable?

I don't think its quick, does anyone else? I figured that waiting a week for a response was a bit slack.
Anyway, glad you have eventually heard from the seller and i dont think you're being unreasonable asking for the postage. Good Luck.

*raises hand*
Given that the OP had e-mailed on the 3rd, I was surprised that people were suggesting to do a chargeback because she hadn't heard back from the seller yet on the 5th (2 days!). Given that she bought the item on the 13th Dec, there was still plenty of time to do a chargeback, even if she allowed another 2 or 3 days for the seller to e-mail back.
I guess I just tend to give people a little more slack. Not everyone is attatched to their computer 24/7 and even if they are, sometimes events in real life do get in the way of eBaying. As always though, YMMV.
Glitterari, as for asking for the postage costs, as others have said, it's not in the least bit unreasonable. Afterall, why should you have to pay to correct the sellers mistake?0 -
Well said nightswimmerR.I.P Sam, still in my heart0
