Cook something for me???Sorry, I'm a bit of a lurker on your diary. That all sounds so yummy, making me really hungry. I'm off to get some potato waffles (unfortunately, my cooking skills still need some work
).
Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -

Hey Gwen - glad I'm doing my bit to make you hungry! The meat is now off the ribs, I added lots of garlic and a little salt and it's now sitting cooking away in a lovely red-dy jus. Sliced mushrooms, red peppers and ginger to be added at 4pm...0 -
Stop it!!
I'm hungry again... Oh, I can't wait to get my new kitchen. I am going to work on my cooking skills and cook delicious food all the time. Well I'll try anyway

Odd question, but what sort of hob are you going for? I'm starting to go mad due to my unresponsive electric cooker!0 -

Well I'm not quite that far in the planning process, still at the saving stage. However, at the moment I'm thinking of getting a halogen hob. Would go for gas, but it needs servicing regularly which seems a bit of a pain.

That's a slightly odd comment (no offence intended). My parents had gas hobs for the 18 years I lived at home and never once had them serviced!0
