    I have just started filling out a job application for..... another library job! This might not seem like it has much to do with being a chef, but it's in Glasgow (home), at a FE college where I've worked previously.

    They offer professional cookery and staff get free admission to courses. So, in theory I could get a better paid job for a couple of years nearer to family while training to begin a job I actually want to do.

    Thanks for the comments, honestly. It sometimes feels a bit like talking to myself in here :o
