Wow, such a good day moneywise!!! That is excellent! I have done my scratchcards and dooyoo and that is about it.......must do more :o
Yes am very pleased - puts us well out of the danger zone on our bank account and will get things closer to what they should be at the month end. 80p on the scratches this morning as well so somewhere the gods are smiling on me today! :D

Morning everyone. Just checking in to keep focused - though not much time to do anything moneywise - work today then dog training (the class I do in exchange for training my own dog so no money there!). Might if I am lucky get some more paperwork sorted on the accounts front.
So just scratches (20p), checking online banking and the usual attempt to have a NSD for me today.

And managed to find a nice qualifier for my next matched bet on the tennis - a little risky in that there is a rule difference if the match doesn't complete but not much money involved and the chances are match will be fine and I will have qualified without loss. Oh dear - am I now a gambler?!

Is there anybody out there? Ah well - will keep talking to myself! :D
Nothing much achieved MSE wise today except did have a NSD and have done a dooyoo review. Still a long way to go before the £50 though!

And it is soooooo cold tonight...brrrrrh.

It's 0.1C according to my temperature sensor at the bottom of the garden. But I thought the howling wind and rain earlier today was worse.

    Positively tropical now... ;)

Ouch - that sounds cold! Think it is the howling gale coming through the gap in the front door that is to blame - have two fleeces and a blanket and am still freezing. Can't wait for the new door to arrive!
  • The new door will make all the difference. I went around with a sealant gun and made a sausage dog for door..it is surprising where those draughts get to. Either that or it is my age..lol!
