I went into Boots in Brighton today and no TD less than £5 left and nothing reduced. Shelf was empty. Only managed two pulse point gels for free. Not that good. Then went to Boots in Lewes and managed to get three things (cleanser, wipes and hand cream) all for free. Much better. If anyone else is in the sussex area and knows where there are any TD under £5 stuff left can you let me know.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0

I worked for a major retailed for many years and too be honest these companies have such a huge mark up on items and make huge fat profits, why should we care receiving our pittyful wages. the only satisfaction you get is helping a happy customer.
I do get annoyed with the people who are taking the p..s and not leaving anything on the shelves for anyone else!!
i totally agree on that - being an ex-maccies manager!:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0 -

Yes I also think some people have been taking the p..s, I could not be so cheeky as to take more than one voucher to the till at any one time. But hey everyone to their own!!!! :rolleyes:0 -
So seeing as this deal is coming to a close by the looks of it, I am really interested (and nosey!) to see how many products you all got out of this!
I bagged:
30 TD products in total (some I paid extra for)
2 DR items (BOGOF)
2 aromatherapy essential items with the purple voucher
I plan to give a lot of the TD products away to friends/family as extra gifts during the year + lots of treats for me too!
And before anyone accuses anyone of clearing the shelves, remember Martin's philosophy of CONSUMER REVENGE and the fact that these retailers make fortunes out of us mere mortals - so deals like this are totally brilliant and the more you're consumer savvy the better! And as he put it....go, Go, GO!!

I went to Ellesmere Port Boots (smallish shop) nothing under a fiver but did get TD Line Smoother - RP £5.50. I need it! If it doesn't work, ie if I don't look ten years younger in a couple of days, it does say on the box 'full refund if not happy with product' so could get £5.50 into my purse!! (As it's a Boots own product don't think I'd need a receipt):grouphug: A smile, a 'please' and a 'thank you' cost nothing0

Lots of leaflets in Kingswood, Hull today (with a notice attached to the stand about one of each per customer) but nothing under £7.00 in TD range. Very little in DR range also. Managed to grab a TD Body lotion for £7.00 but then realised I had forgotten my vouchers!!:A OFFICIAL Boots Tart :A and member of the PAH! club :rotfl:

funnyguy wrote:three of my regular stores have been removing time delay products off the shelves, infact in one branch they had all been put into plastic boxes to remove from display..so i quickly helped myself to a few before they disapeared out back .i would advise people if they see the price tickets covered up on display, then not bother to keep going back to that store,as they are unlikely to restock til february, when promotion finishes..still it was good while it lasted...dont worry they,re be another boo boo by some store soon.....
this also happened in my local store, so i asked a sa where was the stock going, and she said all boots are having a major stock change around, they are not taking them off the shelves but simply moving them to a different one within the store.
might help when looking for other bits, they may have jsut been movedthe more people i meet!! the more i like my dog !!0 -
Question about the eye brightener, anyone use it yet? Is it supposed to be quite hard, when i tried some,i had to "melt" it between my fingers first, but even when i put it on,it would'nt "blend" in.is it suppossed to be like that?
Thanks0 -
Before I drag my children around the shops tomorrow, does anyone know if there is anything left at either of the Southport stores or Ormskirk. I really couldn't face the battle if it's likely to be a wasted trip. Thanks.

Mine isn't like that, it's almost gel like and very easy to blend. Sounds like a bad one...:A OFFICIAL Boots Tart :A and member of the PAH! club :rotfl:
