Where in the country are you Busybody? If you post your location, someone might be able to suggest which stores round there have the range.

I have found that it stuffed near the natural collection and sancatury items in my local boots..

Mine has very little in the way of EA stuff anway. And it is all full price but in another Boots a small one as well they only one thing that cheap and that the foot scrubbie thing which I paid 49p for after the voucher.

I know this stating the obvious but why not ask a SA that is what they are for to help you.

I know it would be obvious to ask a SA but I don`t want to draw attention to myself. especially if I have got TD or DR stuff and other 'bargains' in my basket, you know what a lot of these SA's are like, its as if they have paid for the stuff in the first place.

I'm quite friendly with a few of the SAs in the local store and they are a great help during offer times. I don't go overboard though, I'd be too embarrassed to.

  • Yesterday, went to Cardiff Bay Boots, they had at least 30 items reduced in the DR range. So I went to the till with 3 vouchers. I was REFUSED, basically they said that because the item was reduced and therefore on offer so I could not use my £5.00 off vouchers. Additionally, the SA said it was one item of DR/TD only per customer.

I phoned CS Boots today, and asked them if this was correct. They confirmed that the store is correct and that if the DR range is reduced it is ineligible for use with the £5.00 off change one thing promotion. She said if I bought 2 DR items on BOGOF that would also be excluded and I would be unable to redeem my £5 voucher.

CS advised the policy is one per transaction and advised me to go in and out of the store 3 times, to get the 3 items I wanted. She said the voucher can only be used on the full-price items.

This seems different to what other people are posting ? very inconsistent.

Queen St had no leaflets today, plenty yesterday. The DR shelf was completely empty of alot of the range. Still lots of the pulse points but no candles.

Oh and on day 14 of the Boots DR/TD show the DR lady has left the aisle !!! :T
