Firefox and Opera for me, works great in Ubuntu (Linux) and Windoze too. keep away from Internet Explorer it's too bloated just like Vista.

In what respect is it bloated? I mean, Opera has a totally unneccesary bittorrent application in, now that is bloat in an web browser..

for the record, if you want to use safari or chrome on windows, get hold of a program called bfilter

runs in the background and works as a sort of proxy ad-filter and blocks pretty much every ad going. i used it with safari and chrome and it worked perfectly - use it in conjunction with adblock plus on firefox and you'll never see another ad again.

Lightest browser i have used is IE. But my favorite browser is Firefox.
