Safari works for Mac and Windows (but I'd be wary about using it for Windows if security is an issue).

Since "Samantha" didn't specify her operating system, we (Mac users) can only assume that it's OSX.

Over 2 million downloads for the browser - not bad. I'm stilly happy with Firefox though.
