when i use the code it doesnt do anything the order already gets discounted by 20% but its still charging me dilivery ?? will call them i think
Is your order still over £50 after the 20% discount as I was wondering if you would loose the free delivery if that was the case? Just a thought.

p4girl - Our order has arrived today so I'm presuming your case is an isolated problem. To be honest Letterbox were by far the most reasonably priced retailer for the items we wanted so I hope your bad experience doesn't put yourself & others off from using them.Beautiful DD born Jan 2007
